Retail Assistant Manager

Job Summary

The Retail Assistant Manager supports the store manager in daily operations, staff supervision, and customer service.

Core duties include training employees, managing inventory, warehouse organization, retail merchandising, executing opening/closing procedures, analyzing sales metrics to meet revenue targets, and resolving customer issues.

The candidate should have superior computer skills and have a robust knowledge of reading reports and working within retail software systems.

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Orillia, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:

- Secondary School (required)

Experience:

- Retail management: 1 year (required)

Location:

- Orillia, ON (preferred)

Work Location: In person
