Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload items from trucks and vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns during the moving process.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (training may be provided).
- Assist in packing, wrapping, and securing items for transport.
- Perform heavy lifting of furniture, appliances, and other large items.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries during moves.
Requirements
- Previous experience in moving or warehouse operations is an asset.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the day.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Customer service experience is a plus, enhancing client satisfaction during moves.
- Valid commercial driving license (G or DZ) is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Forklift operation experience is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
- Must be physically fit and capable of standing for long periods while performing moving tasks.
