Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive assistance to meet their needs

- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and organizing products
- Support sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout counter
- Collaborate with team members to execute daily tasks and ensure operational excellence
- Follow safety protocols and company policies to promote a secure workplace for all




- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new products and procedures

Experience

- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers and team members
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks as needed
- A proactive mindset with a desire to contribute to a team-oriented workplace
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as scheduled
