Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership: Leading and overseeing daily operations of the clinical department, ensuring high standards of patient care and service delivery.
Protocol Development: Developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical protocols and treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Team Development: Supervising, mentoring, and supporting clinical staff,
promoting professional development and continuous learning.
Community & Partnership Building: Fostering collaborative relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and partners to expand service reach and improve patient access.
Administrative Oversight: Managing scheduling, resource allocation, and documentation to optimize department efficiency.
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and best practices across all clinical activities.
Professional Growth: Staying current on emerging trends in physiotherapy and clinical practice to enhance service quality.
Partnership & Growth Prospect

Pay: $71,005.06-$201,456.92 per year
