CLEK Staffing Services is a locally owned and operated full-service firm that provides specialized expertise and personalized service throughout the GTA, Hamilton, and the Niagara Region. We are currently looking for a Forklift/Warehouse Worker.
Shift time: Day Shift 7:30am - 3:30pm or Afternoon Shift 3:30pm - 11:30pm
Monday-Friday (ongoing until further notice)
Duties
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Organize and store products in designated areas within the warehouse.
- Perform order picking using various methods including manual picking and operating an order picker.
- Utilize forklift to move heavy items safely throughout the warehouse.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Skills
- Must have valid forklift certification and experience.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Forklift Operator
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly.
- Proficient in order picking processes and techniques.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
