Job description
Soccer Pointe-Claire, serving a membership of 2,400, and holder of a Provincial license from the Canadian Soccer Association, is looking for an organised, innovative, proactive and self-sufficient candidate to fill the position of Equipment Coordinator.
Under the authority of the Director General, your main responsibility will be to ensure that the Club’s teams and programs are equipped, outfitted and ready for their season.
PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS / MAIN FUNCTIONS:
- You will procure and distribute equipment to programs or teams.
- You will procure and distribute team uniforms for a limited number of categories.
- You will procure and distribute apparel for admin and tech staff.
- You will collect, organize, and catalogue team equipment in a full inventory database.
- You will manage, install and remove the nets for each field as well as perform random weekly field spot checks.
- You will maintain proper communication with suppliers and team staff.
- You will be involved in the yearly forecast process, helping in identifying the Club’s uniform and apparel needs for staff and players.
- You will be involved in the yearly budget process, helping in identifying the Club’s equipment needs.
- You will be involved in the tender process, as needed, in identifying the Club’s needs and potential suppliers.
Job Types: Part time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00 per hour
