Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Leasing Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing prospects, leads and customer experience. Also prospecting and bringing in new customer to help us grow. All while maintaining our current robust relationships with our customers. Your expertise in customer service and sales will be essential in achieving targets and goals set by the dealership.
Duties
- Meet greet and showcase our product.
- Manage sales and or leasing process from start to finish.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and sales opportunities. Turning these opportunities into sales.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track leads and manage your book of business within the business.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer point of contacts and convert to sales.
- Collaborate with the property management team to implement marketing strategies that attract new tenants.
- Negotiate sales and or lease terms with customers to facilitate sales.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations with OMVIC.
Skills
- Strong office and administrative skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service abilities, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in sales techniques and ability to close car sales opportunities.
- Effective phone etiquette for professional communication with clients and prospects.
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records in a timely manner.
- Ability to negotiate effectively, fostering positive relationships with clients.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus.
