Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood/Infant Toddler Educator to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for creating a stimulating and nurturing environment for young children to grow and develop. We provide safe, high-quality care in a 28 space childcare centre.

Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to meet the emotional, physical, and cognitive needs of children
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Monitor and document children's progress and behavior
- Collaborate with other teachers to coordinate curriculum
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and well-maintained

- Experience:

- Experience working with children in a childcare setting
- Proficiency in English
- Robust organizational skills and time management abilities
- Ability to lead classroom activities effectively
- Basic computer operation skills

- - Knowledge and understanding of BC Early Learning Framework

Qualifications

- Must have completed Early Childhood Certificate, Diploma or Degree at a recognized Canadian post-secondary institute.





-Must possess a BC License to Practice as an Early Childhood Educator.

- A valid first aid certificate.

-Successful completion of a criminal records review for working with children.

- Must be legally able to work in Canada
