About Us

We're looking for someone who loves talking to people, isn't afraid of rejection, and wants to earn more based on performance.

What You'll Do

- Call local excavation and septic companies
- Qualify business owners
- Book appointments for our sales team
- Follow up with prospects
- Track conversations in our CRM
- Meet daily activity goals

Compensation

- $1,500/month guaranteed base
- $100 for every qualified appointment that attends
- + $200 additional for every sale that closes from your appointment
- Unlimited bonus potential

Top performers can earn $4,000–$6,000+ per month.

Preferred Qualifications

- 1+ year of outbound cold calling or B2B sales experience preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day.
- Confident speaking with business owners.
- Coachable, competitive, and self-motivated.
- Experience using a CRM (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office.
