Bilingual Security Guard Position, Fredericton, NB
Commissionaires NB&PEI; Division is looking to hire bilingual, mature and responsible team members in Fredericton, NB to work in government buildings.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
Rate of Pay: $26.29 per hour

The Role: The Security Guard is responsible for enforcing established rules and regulations to ensure the protection of people, property, and information on the worksite.
We are seeking candidates with:
- Physical fitness to perform interior of the property, may also require standing or sitting for extended periods of time and the ability to respond to emergency situations
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Professional/strong communication and dispute resolution skills
- A positive, proactive, problem-solving approach to tasks
- Customer service experience with a clean, neat, uniform appearance
- Use of Force Training
The successful candidate must be able to:
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality with a positive attitude
- Demonstrate sound judgement in addressing conflict situations
- Respond and help in emergency situations
- Able to acquire and maintain Federal Level 2 Security Clearance
- Complete all online and in-person training requirements
