Capital Automotive Equipment is a leading supplier of professional automotive equipment and machinery across Canada. We provide innovative solutions to automotive repair shops, dealerships, tire centers, fleet operations, and industrial facilities. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and develop relationships with prospective customers
- Sell automotive equipment and machinery to new and existing clients
- Conduct in-person meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, and customer consultations
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation using CRM software
- Manage and update customer information, sales activities, and opportunities within the CRM system
- Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and new product offerings
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Provide ongoing support to customers before, during, and after the sale

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience selling equipment, machinery, industrial products, or automotive-related products
- Strong understanding of automotive equipment and the ability to explain technical features and perks
- Excellent communication, negotiation,



and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits

- Competitive base wage of $20.00 per hour plus commission
- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
