Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey, ensuring clarity, comfort, and confidence in their care plans.

Key Responsibilities

- Present and explain treatment plans clearly to patients
- Coordinate and schedule treatments efficiently
- Discuss financial options, insurance coverage, and payment plans
- Follow up with patients regarding pending treatments
- Liaise between dentists, hygienists, and administrative team
- Ensure a seamless and positive patient experience from consultation to completion
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications & Requirements





- Previous dental experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
- Experience with dental software (Tracker is an asset)
- Solid understanding of insurance billing and coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to build trust and rapport with patients

Schedule

- Full-time/Part-time position
