Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Sales & Community Relations Manager to lead our efforts in fostering vibrant retirement living communities. This dynamic role combines sales expertise with community engagement, ensuring prospective residents feel welcomed and informed while maintaining strong relationships with current residents. Your proactive approach will drive occupancy growth, promote community involvement, and uphold our commitment to exceptional service.

Duties

- Drive occupancy through tours, lead management, and follow-up.
- Build solid referral partnerships with hospitals, Ontario Health at Home, CLSC case managers, CISSS/CIUSSS discharge planners (which serves the Gatineau region), physicians & geriatricians, Alzheimer's Society chapters, retirement planners, and community organizations.
- Represent the residence at networking events, community programs, and open houses.
- Develop and execute local marketing and outreach initiatives.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly occupancy goals.




- Collaborate with the General Manager and Director of Care to deliver an exceptional resident experience.

Experience

- Proven experience in sales within property management, retirement living, or related fields such as hospitality or customer service.
- Strong background in administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and office organization.
- Familiarity with property management software is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence positive outcomes for prospective residents and the community.
- Exceptional phone etiquette coupled with professional communication skills to engage prospects effectively.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to achieve targets.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
