Overview

We are seeking a friendly, attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and create a welcoming dining experience for all patrons. This role offers an chance to develop hospitality skills in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and adherence to food safety regulations
- Assist in setting up tables, refilling supplies, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders




- Manage time effectively during busy service periods to serve guests promptly
- Provide guest services by addressing questions, special requests, and resolving issues professionally

Skills

- Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Previous food service or restaurant experience is advantageous
- Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume service times
- Basic math skills for bill calculations and cash handling accuracy
- Familiarity with food industry standards including serving, food preparation, and upselling techniques
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
