For 29 years, First Class Carpet Cleaning has served Vancouver's most prestigious homes in West Vancouver, Shaughnessy, West Point Grey, Southlands, and Dunbar. The Opportunity

This is not just a cleaning job. This is a career path. We are looking for one person to grow with us long term. Starting part-time and moving to full-time, the right candidate will be trained to become our lead technician, eventually overseeing their own helper and maintaining our standards without us looking over their shoulder. If you are someone who takes pride in their work and wants to build real skills and a real career, this is the role.

What You Will Do

Travel to client homes across Vancouver's finest neighbourhoods, perform professional carpet, rug, and upholstery cleaning, communicate professionally with high-end clientele, and maintain equipment to our standards.



Full training provided, no experience necessary.

What We Are Looking For

Reliable, presentable, and professional. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Valid driver's license and clean record. Curious, growth-minded, and eager to learn a trade. Someone whose five-year goals include building a career, not just collecting a paycheque.

What We Offer
