Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator (MUST HAVE REGISTRATION TO COLLEGE OF ECE - PLEASE ADD REGISTRATION NUMBER TO YOUR RESUME) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This role requires effective communication skills, organizational abilities, and a love for working with children.

Duties

- Develop and implement engaging play based plans that promote the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children.
- Create a secure and inclusive classroom environment that supports the diverse needs of all students, including those with disabilities.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
- Assess and document children's progress and development, providing feedback to parents as needed.
- Maintain an organized classroom that encourages exploration and learning through play.
- Utilize time management skills to balance planning, classroom activities, and administrative tasks efficiently.




- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay current with early childhood education trends.

Requirements

- Registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators (Add registration number to your resume or body of your email)
- Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting..
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire young learners.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong writing skills for creating reports, lesson plans, documentation, and correspondence with parents.
- Organizational skills to manage classroom materials effectively and maintain an orderly environment.

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: $23.00-$29.00 per hour
