Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by preparing high-quality dishes and supporting the overall food service process. Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards
- Cook and assemble dishes efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Support food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
- Assist with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying management of stock needs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours




- Follow all food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure customer safety

Experience

- Prior experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety procedures
- Familiarity with food handling regulations and sanitation standards in a commercial kitchen environment
- Experience with meal preparation, serving, and food presentation is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service

Pay: $17.20-$24.45 per hour
