Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong commitment to providing high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant setting. This role is essential for ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and measuring.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Participate in daily kitchen operations, including setting up and breaking down workstations.




- Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Experience

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods is essential.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary for success in this role.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$26.00 per hour
