We’re looking for motivated Remote Solar Consultants to join our growing team. This role is focused entirely on closing — no cold calling or prospecting required. You’ll be provided with qualified homeowner appointments each week and will guide clients through the solar process from consultation to close.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual consultations with homeowners interested in solar solutions
- Educate clients on pricing, savings, and system benefits
- Follow up with leads consistently to move deals forward
- Build trust and maintain a skilled customer experience
- Close qualified deals provided by the company

Requirements:

Compensation:
- Expected earnings: $3,600–$8,000+ per month, based on performance
- Additional earning opportunities through future leadership roles
