Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for several Contract Admnistrative Assistantss in the private industry in Victoria, British Columbia.
These contracts vary in length and give someone a great opportunity to try out different companies and industries!
Total rewards:

- $20.00 - $28.00 hourly
- $20.00 to $28.00+ per hour depending on position and experience
- Weekly pay including 4% vacation pay
- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
- Transit accessible

A typical day:

- Answering phones, greeting customers
- Schdeduling appointments
- Responding to correspondence
- Compiling data and creating reports
- Filing, photocopying, scanning, data entry

The successful candidate brings:

- Must currently live in the Greater Victoria area




- Must currently be unemployed and be available 35 hours per week
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Above average knowledge of MS Office - including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Previous office experience a definite asset
