About the Role

Style & Grace is looking for a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Mobile Customer Service Representative to support our bridal delivery route.

This role is primarily focused on the pickup and delivery of bridal gowns, preservation boxes, garments, and other products for individual clients and business-to-business partners. You will be a key representative of Style & Grace and will help ensure every client interaction reflects our commitment to care, professionalism, and convenience.

The successful candidate must have robust critical-thinking skills, be confident using technology, and provide excellent customer service. You must also be comfortable driving throughout Toronto, including downtown areas, managing changing road and parking conditions, and making sound decisions while working independently.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Pick up and deliver bridal gowns, preservation boxes, garments, and related products.
- Complete residential, retail, and business-to-business deliveries along the designated south route.
- Safely transport delicate, valuable, and occasionally heavy items.
- Provide skilled, friendly, and attentive customer service at every stop.
- Build positive relationships with bridal boutiques and other business partners while remaining mindful of delivery schedules and Toronto traffic.
- Use an iPad, laptop, smartphone, GPS, parking applications, and the SMRT App.
- Communicate with clients and team members regarding delivery updates, delays, order concerns, and special instructions.
- Confirm that on-demand orders meet minimum order and delivery-charge requirements.
- Complete basic administrative duties, including phone communication, order updates, and delivery documentation.
- Monitor vehicle condition and communicate any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Make practical, independent decisions that protect the company’s reputation, clients, and team members.




- Participate in training at the production plant to understand garment-care processes and the full workflow from pickup through delivery.
- Support the tracking of delivery costs compared with incoming sales.

Essential Qualifications

The successful candidate must have:

- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess situations, make sound decisions, and resolve delivery or client concerns independently.
- Strong technical skills, including confidence using smartphones, tablets, laptops, GPS, parking applications, and delivery software such as the SMRT App.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate professionally, build relationships, manage client expectations, and represent the Style & Grace brand positively.
- A valid Ontario G driver’s licence and a clean driver’s abstract.
- Confidence driving on highways and throughout downtown Toronto.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong time-management, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A professional, friendly, and approachable personality.
- A sales-minded approach and the confidence to identify opportunities to support current and prospective clients.
- Previous retail clothing, bridal, garment-care, delivery, or customer service experience is considered an asset.

Physical and Working Requirements

Candidates must be comfortable with:

- Lifting and carrying bridal preservation boxes, gowns, and other moderately heavy items.
- Walking garments and packages longer distances when nearby parking is unavailable.
- Working outdoors in rain, snow, heat, and other changing weather conditions.
- Navigating difficult parking situations and busy urban environments.
- Working occasional evenings or weekends during peak bridal season.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and reliable company or assigned delivery vehicle.

Location: Toronto and surrounding areas – South Route

Wage: $20.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Primarily weekday hours, with occasional evenings and weekends during peak bridal season
