Production Assistant – Dog Treat Processing – Amaranth, ON

About our Client

The production associate is responsible for supporting the manufacturing process of dog treats by removing finished products from molds and preparing them for the drying stage. This role involves light physical activity, attention to detail, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

What You Will Be Doing as a Production Assistant:

· Carefully pouring liquid into molds to form dog treats

· Carefully remove gelatin dog treats from molds without damaging the product

· Support production with wrapping and packaging supplies

· Perform moderate to heavy lifting and repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift

· Maintain cleanliness of work area, tools, and equipment

· Follow all safety and hygiene guidelines

· Assist with other general production tasks as needed

What you should have as a Production Assistant:

· Ability to perform physical work, including standing, bending, and lifting

· Strong attention to detail and care in handling products

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

· Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic

· Previous experience in a production or food handling setting is an asset, but not required

· Active role involving standing and movement for extended periods

· Moderate to heavy lifting

· May involve repetitive tasks





· You must have a car and valid driver’s license as this is in a remote location with no access to public transit.

· Must have CSA Approved Safety Shoes or Boots

In Return, You Will Receive:

· $19 per/hour

The Shift You Will Be Working on is:

· 8:00am – 3:00pm

· Monday to Friday

The Location of Work is:

· Amaranth Area, ON
