Hours of Work
This is a full time or part-time job where flexibility is key; you must be able to accommodate our changing schedule needs, evenings and weekends are a must!
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Represent our brand by providing excellent customer service to new and existing clients during sign in.
- Assist students by guiding them through our programs and retail offerings and answering their questions.
- Promote and sell membership’s and class packages
- Make sure all check-in procedures are followed and classes start on time
- Keep front desk area and studio clean and orderly
- Manage cleaning staff
- Clean and arrange studios rooms between classes
- Perform general cleaning duties; including hourly bathroom check-ups Answer calls and respond to emails
- Ensure all necessary forms are available, completed and processed properly
- Ensure open/close procedures are followed
- Process all monetary transactions, reconcile and report all incoming or outgoing
- Follow-up on membership
Job Requirements Requirements
- Schedule flexibility required for morning and evening as well as weekend work
- Demonstrated passion for yoga, health and wellness
- Background in sales is definitely a plus
- High degree of self-motivation
- Effective organizational and time management skills
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Minimum College Diploma
- Strong sales skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Solid communication skills (English & French)
