We are currently hiring a Recruiter to support our client in the FMCG industry.

The Role

The Recruiter will support client hiring managers with filling their vacancies to target start dates, ensuring all quality thresholds and SLAs/KPIs are met.

They will manage the end-to-end recruitment process working in conjunction with colleagues in teams such as Sourcing and Administration, utilizing relevant recruitment technology applications.

They will deliver excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels, acting as the custodian of candidate quality and the hiring manager experience.

This is a hybrid role if based in Toronto, working 1 day onsite per week from the client office.

Key Accountabilities

- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, acting as a strategic recruitment partner and delivering an exceptional end-to-end hiring experience.

- Advise on hiring strategy, talent market trends and attraction approaches, ensuring recruitment plans are aligned to business needs and hiring goals.

- Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, manage expectations and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.

- Collaborate closely with sourcing, administration and talent acquisition teams to ensure a seamless client and candidate experience.

- Use recruitment data and market insights to identify challenges,



improve performance and drive successful hiring outcomes.

- Share expertise, best practice and coaching to support team development and delivery excellence.

- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy briefing and sourcing strategy through to offer management and onboarding.

- Manage candidate engagement throughout the process, ensuring a positive experience while representing the employer brand effectively.

- Support hiring managers with candidate assessment, hiring decisions and offer negotiations to secure top talent.

- Proactively build talent pipelines, support workforce planning activities and contribute to assessment centre and talent pooling initiatives where required.

- Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure all activity is compliant with relevant legislation, policies and service agreements.

- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements, mitigating risks and highlighting opportunities to add value

Skills & Requirements

- Demonstrated experience within high volume recruitment hiring in FMCG/ Retail
- Apply a metrics-driven mindset, using data to measure performance and optimize recruitment strategies
- Build solid client partnerships, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic talent partner
- Operate independently with accountability, managing priorities and delivering results with minimal supervision
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract and engage high-quality talent

What we offer:

We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration for Canada is 61,180 CAD to 80,500 CAD plus applicable benefits.
