Reborn Renovations is an award-winning Calgary-based residential home renovation company committed to high standards, honesty, and integrity. We’re looking for driven sales professionals who want to control their income and build a high six-figure career.

Candidate Summary

A successful candidate is passionate about results, teamwork, and winning at a high level. You are detail-oriented and strong with numbers so you can produce accurate renovation estimates quickly. You’re an enthusiastic self-starter who thrives on customer service and delivering personalized follow-up that keeps clients delighted. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, stay calm under pressure, and take pride in doing things the right way. You’re coachable, have a can-do attitude, and a proven track record of success.

You report directly to the Site Managers and President. You’re highly organized with strong time-management skills so all documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Answer phone calls and emails from clients, team members, and others

- Use advanced written and verbal communication skills to compose and edit correspondence for grammar, content, and accuracy; actively listen and ask the right questions

- Complete assigned work promptly, efficiently, and on time

- Demonstrate high self-confidence and take initiative

- Ensure outstanding client satisfaction with company services and communication

- Focus on customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account growth aligned with Reborn’s vision

- Cold call, organize meetings,



prepare business presentations, and design/implement sales strategies

- Thoroughly prepare before every customer interaction; create proposals that address specific needs and maximize business potential

- Accurately assess clients’ home renovation requirements and tailor estimates to meet their needs

- Maintain strong knowledge of recent and existing products and competitive conditions in the marketplace

- Build the company brand by participating in trade shows, home & garden shows, conventions, and networking events

Skills, Characteristics & Competencies

- Committed to constant self-development

- Highly coachable- Reliable vehicle, clean abstract, and valid driver’s license (required)- Motivated, loves to sell, and has a genuine passion for interior/exterior home renovations (most valued traits)

- Able to pass an Alberta background check

- Direct sales experience with homeowners and/or large construction accounts (asset)

- Strong people skills; effective team player with excellent verbal & written communication and listening skills; sociable, reliable, honest, accountable, tidy, and organized

- Strong time and resource management skills; able to prioritize and respond quickly to customer requests

Job Type: Full-time, Commission
