Position: Personal Lines Insurance Broker

Location: St. Catherines or Hamilton (In-Office)

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years in the insurance industry overseeing personal lines accounts.
- RIBO licensed required.
- Understanding of company underwriting and industry guidelines.

Overview:

- Provide exemplary customer service for personal lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Address inquiries from junior team members, offering guidance and support as necessary.
- Manage the issuance and renewal of insurance documents, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor client claims, respond to telephone inquiries promptly,



and collaborate on remarketing strategies as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
