If you have real, hands-on experience in the dirt, snow, and water, and the ability to connect with fellow riders, we want you on our floor.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Guiding customers through our inventory of ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, and personal watercraft to find the perfect fit for their riding style.
- Sharing your authentic, hands-on knowledge of BRP products (Can-Am, Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo) with new and veteran riders alike.
- Managing the sales process from the first handshake to the final delivery, ensuring a premium customer experience.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends, aftermarket accessories, and performance upgrades.
- Building long-term relationships with the local powersports community in the Lakeland area.

What You Bring to the Table:

- Real Experience: You don't just read the spec sheets; you actually ride. You know what makes these machines perform.
- Industry Knowledge:



Deep familiarity with the powersports industry, specifically BRP lineups.
- Sales Acumen: Proven experience in a sales environment, with the ability to close deals while maintaining complete authenticity.
- Communication: Exceptional conversational skills. You can talk shop with seasoned pros and explain the basics clearly to first-time buyers.
