General Production Worker – No Experience Needed – $17.60/hr

Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm | Mississauga, ON

We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented people to join a growing team in Mississauga — no manufacturing background required. If you're used to fast-paced work where accuracy really matters (retail, food service, warehouse, hospitality, production, or similar), we want to hear from you.

Full training provided. All certifications (Health & Safety, WHMIS) are covered when you start.

Pay & Schedule

✔ $17.60/hour (to start)

✔ Overtime after 44 hrs/week

✔ 4% Vacation Pay, paid weekly

✔ Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends!)

What You'll Do

- Perform hands-on production and light assembly tasks
- Follow simple work instructions with strong attention to detail
- Check finished work carefully to meet quality standards
- Keep pace with daily production goals
- Maintain a clean, safe workstation

What We're Looking For





- Comfortable with repetitive, detail-focused tasks for a full shift
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated to hit goals
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Legally authorized to work full-time in Canada
- High school diploma or equivalent
