Pay rate- $26.00/hour
Job description
As a Personal Support Worker, you will work under the direction of the Registered Staff and be responsible and accountable for providing optimum care to promote the well being of each individual resident.
Qualifications required
- - Possession of valid PSW Certificate.
—-Experience in Long Term Care (Gerontology) setting is preferred.
— Must demonstrate positive communication skills Provides care to residents following an established plan of care .
-Observes and reports resident health findings to the registered staff
- Proof of Immunizations and Flu vaccinations
- 4 step Health & Safety Awareness Certificate
- Copy of N95 Mask fit Certification
- Copy of Two step TB Test
- Recent Criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening
