Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a quick-paced restaurant environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in the kitchen, ensuring that all food preparation and cooking tasks are executed efficiently and safely.

Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as necessary to ensure adequate stock.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service during peak hours.
- Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and storage.
- Participate in training new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and kitchen protocols.





Qualifications

- Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures is advantageous.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
