Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team up Mount Washington. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and a great attitude. Prior custodial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a professional setting while developing valuable skills in staging and cleaning.
We are hiring for multiple locations across Vancouver island
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and vacation homes, including floors, windows, restrooms, kitchen, etc using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Working safely and efficiently, adhering to safety protocols
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning schedules within designated hours
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and promptly
Skills
- Experience with custodial, residential or vacation home cleaning is preferred
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills for interacting with team members and clients
- Customer service orientation with a qualified attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
