Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. As a Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our food offerings. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and food safety guidelines
- Assist with food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables and marinating meats
- Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment
- Ensure that all food items are stored properly and rotated to maintain freshness
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the chef or manager.
- Adhere to all sanitation and safety standards, including proper food handling and storage procedures
- Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment

Qualifications:




- Previous experience in a Asian cuisine within the food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
