- Check specification of products
- Create / Edit / Produce Product Labels for Production Runs
- Check Critical Control Points
- Prepare Quality Assurance Reports
- Support customer complaints investigation
- Support implementation of food safety programs
- Be a part of Internal Audit team and follow-up on the corrective action

United Bakery Manufacturers Inc. is a frozen bakery food manufacturing company with the main facility located at 130 Fernstaff Crt. in Concord, Ontario.

The company’s business activity is manufacturing of frozen bakery products for distribution to various customers in retail, food distribution, food service and restaurant industries in Canada and United States of America.

Our products include variety of bakery products such as croissants, Danishes, pastries, fruit sticks, breads, scones, cookies, puff pastry and Danish dough slabs, strudels, turnovers, sausage rolls, pizza rolls, cinnamon rolls etc.

Below are the main requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in nutrition, food science, quality assurance and control or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar production setting
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory and legislative policies and procedures
- At least 1 year experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Assist in development & implementation of standards, SOPs
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and under pressure

Physical requirements:

- Be able to work productively 9 hour shift
- Exposure to various temperatures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,600.00 per year
