Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Bottle Hauler/Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves assisting customers with their purchases, providing product demonstrations, and managing retail sales in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be organized, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Bilingual abilities and experience in technology sales or merchandising are highly valued to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales growth.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their selections, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Handle product demos to showcase features and advantages of various items, especially technology products
- Manage retail sales transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and processing payments
- Upsell products and promote special offers to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customers and improve product visibility
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries,



offering recommendations, and resolving issues promptly
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and managing product returns or exchanges
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple customers during busy periods

Experience

- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in technology or merchandise environments
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Experience in product demonstrations or technical sales is a plus
- Bilingual abilities (English and another language) are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs
- Strong communication skills, phone etiquette, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role
- Prior experience in upselling, customer service, and merchandising will be advantageous for driving sales performance

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
