We are looking for an office runner for our busy firm. This position requires a polished, well-organized individual with excellent communication skills and a driver’s license. The successful candidate will be a team player, have common sense, initiative, and pay strict attention to detail.
Duties of this position include:
- Ordering supplies
- Routing mail throughout the office
- Hand deliveries throughout the day and any rushes required
- Assembling binders, binding books, and photocopying as needed
- Ordering lunches for meetings
- Arranging catering or picking up supplies, as needed
- Cleaning out fridge
- Creating Litigation diary books, when requested
- Reception coverage
- Organizing storage and files, as needed
- Bank runs
- Collecting or returning files from storage
- Filing documents at Court Registry daily, using company vehicle
- Other duties, as required
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8:30 – 4:30 or 9:00 - 5:00
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.40 per hour
