Orillia Aviation is a growing and dynamic Transport Canada Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO) located at the Orillia Rama Regional Airport, which features both land and water runways. As a Cessna Approved Service Facility, we proudly offer maintenance support for Cessna, Piper, Diamond, and DeHavilland aircraft, operating on both wheels and floats.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AMEs) for full-time, permanent positions. Candidates must hold a valid Transport Canada AME M1 license. As part of our team, you will be responsible for the inspection, modification, and repair of a wide range of aircraft. You’ll also serve as a mentor and role model to apprentice engineers, contributing to a culture of excellence and safety.

Qualifications

Certification: Valid Transport Canada AME M1 license

Type Experience: Experience with single-engine Cessna and Piper aircraft required; DeHavilland and Diamond aircraft experience considered an asset

Additional Assets: Structural and avionics experience

Key Skills and Attributes:

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety

Positive attitude and solid work ethic





Excellent communication skills with the ability to give and receive clear direction

Proficiency in reading and interpreting maintenance manuals and technical publications

Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as required

Working knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs)
