Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to lead our team in providing outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role involves supervising food preparation, managing team members, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting restaurant management.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily food service operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Supervise and motivate team members, including interviewing, training, and managing staff schedules to optimize performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Manage cash handling processes using POS systems such as Micros POS, including accurate transactions and balancing tills.
- Support restaurant management in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health standards.




- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling waste to maximize profitability.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

- Proven supervising experience in a food service or restaurant environment but not required.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Experience in restaurant management or hospitality roles preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
