We are seeking a dynamic and detail orientated Marketing and Administration Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various marketing initiatives, social media strategy and retail back-end administration. The Marketing and Administration Coordinator will work closely with store ownership and General Manager as well as collaborate with team members on a daily basis.

1. Website Administration

- review website to ensure all products are entered correctly and are in-stock
- enter new products onto the website
- work to ensure creative is current and aligned with the MQGS brand
- write content pages (blogs) and develop initiatives to drive SEO

2. Digital Marketing

- assist with daily social media activities
- create engaging and original content
- participate on camera with some of the daily content ( not mandatory )
- investigate new avenues of Social that might benefit MQGS

Retail Backend / Operations

- become familiar with all aspects of our POS/Lightspeed system
- enter incoming products from PO's and follow products through to website entry
- assist in ensuring inventory is current and accurate
- produce and analyse retail reports as required

Qualifications:

- familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- an ability to understand the importance of content detail
- strong computer skills
- a keen ability to input data quickly and accurately
- a genuine interest in the retail industry particularly in fashion and footwear

Pay: From $22.25 per hour
