Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and change giving
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure quick service and minimal wait times




- Assist with food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety standards are met

Qualifications

- Previous food preparation or food service experience preferred but not required; training provided
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices
- Restaurant or food industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to work late-night shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic team player with a commitment to delivering great guest experiences
