Ryu is a high-end sushi restaurant offering an upscale menu of traditional Japanese dishes each elevated with a modern touch. We’re looking to hire Experienced Sushi, Maki & Prep Chefs to join our restaurant group.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform delegated tasks from our Executive Chef and/or General Manager
- Prepare sushi orders in a timely and efficient manner according to in-house recipes and high-end presentation specifications
- Assist in daily food preparations and inventory management (ie. ability to inspect, receive, and store all raw bar related items)
- Maintain a clean work environment, as well as adhere to the restaurant's high sanitation standards, food safety regulations, and hygiene measures
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-3 years of cooking experience in a high-end sushi restaurant
- Willingness, knowledge,
and ability to execute high-end sushi cuisine
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a level of professionalism under pressure
- Must live in Montreal and/or have a valid Canadian working visa
