We specialize in custom decks, fences, stone patios, and pool installation. We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Multi-Skilled Carpenter / Foreman to join our growing team.

Position Overview:
The successful candidate will bring a strong background in carpentry and construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage job sites efficiently from start to finish. You’ll work hands-on alongside the crew while overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with clients and team mates

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform high-quality carpentry work including framing, decking, railing, stairs
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of tradespeople and apprentices
- Plan, schedule, and organize work to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and peers
- Maintain accurate records of materials, progress, and site activities





Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in carpentry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Robust knowledge of construction methods, materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Red Seal or equivalent trade certification is an asset
