Senior Project Manager / Construction Manager

A reputable construction company is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Construction Manager to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale and complex construction projects.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage large construction projects from pre-construction through completion
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, financial performance, and quality control
- Manage relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- Lead project teams and support staffing, training, and performance management
- Assist with estimating, budgeting, bid packages, and procurement activities
- Analyze project risks, schedules, and long-lead items
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, QA/QC procedures,



and company policies

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects
- Robust leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience overseeing complex construction operations and multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, and cost management systems
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field preferred
