Rice Contracting Ltd. is hiring a Site Superintendent to lead day-to-day site operations on commercial and industrial projects. You'll be the on-site leader responsible for coordination of trades, productivity, quality, and schedule execution-supporting builds that may include Butler® pre-engineered steel buildings and conventional construction.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site activity: sequencing, manpower coordination, site logistics, and inspections.

- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to maintain workflow and avoid downtime.

- Maintain quality control: verify work meets drawings/specs; reduce deficiencies and rework.

- Track progress and report constraints/risks early to the Project Manager.

- Maintain site documentation: daily reports,



delivery logs, photos, and progress updates.

Qualifications

- 5+ years as a superintendent/foreman on commercial or industrial projects.

- Robust knowledge of structural sequencing (including steel building projects as an asset).

- Ability to read drawings/specs and coordinate multiple trades.

- Clear leadership and communication skills.

- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
