Wholesome Care Services Inc. is looking to hire Personal Support Worker - Keswick, Georgina, Pefferlaw, Sutton. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Worker in Georgina join our home healthcare team.

- Provide personal care and support to individuals in their home

- Administer medications as directed by a nurse or healthcare professional

- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary

- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals

- Assist with meal preparation and feeding

- Help with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry

- Monitor and report any changes in the individual's condition or behaviour

- Provide dementia care and support for individuals with memory loss

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of individuals





- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred

- Knowledge of assisted living, senior care, and patient care practices

- Ability to administer medications following proper protocols

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with individuals and their families

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules
