Grand Contracting is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team. We are looking for a dependable, safety-conscious individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

- Operate excavators safely and efficiently.
- Perform excavation, trenching, grading, backfilling, and site preparation.
- Read and follow site plans, grades, and instructions.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with other site duties as required.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of excavator operating experience.
- Ability to operate equipment with precision and care.
- Knowledge of safe excavation practices.
- Valid Class G driver's license (DZ is an asset).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
