Duties

- Prepare and assemble pizza dough, toppings, sauces, and cheeses with precision and care.
- Cook pizzas to perfection using ovens, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist in food preparation tasks for other menu items as needed to support the team.
- Serve customers efficiently at the counter or during take-out orders, providing friendly and attentive service.
- Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene at all times.




- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies need replenishing.

Requirements

- Prior food service experience, especially in pizza making or restaurant kitchens, is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety protocols.
- Experience with food handling, meal preparation, and maintaining cleanliness standards in a busy environment.
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude towards customers and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation including ovens, mixers, and prep stations.
- A positive team player who is eager to learn and committed to delivering quality food service.

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
