- $25–$30/hour + Cash Performance Bonuses

Level Construction is a premium residential renovation company specializing in high-end craftsmanship and refined finishes. Our projects demand precision, professionalism, and pride in workmanship. We specialize in luxury kitchens, bathrooms and full-home renovations. We are seeking an Experienced Renovator / Skilled Tradesperson to join our growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Execute high-quality residential renovation projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, and full-home remodels
- Perform skilled work such as framing, drywall, trim, flooring, custom carpentry, and detailed finishing
- Follow plans, drawings, and design specifications to luxury standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Work efficiently without compromising quality
- Collaborate with a team that values craftsmanship, accountability, and excellence

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 5–6 years of professional construction or renovation experience
- Strong, well-rounded skill set across multiple renovation disciplines
- Exceptional attention to detail and high-end finish standards
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve on site




- Must have your own reliable vehicle to travel to job sites across Hamilton and surrounding areas
- Physically capable of handling the demands of construction work, including lifting, carrying materials, and standing for extended periods
- Skilled, punctual, and respectful on-site presence
- Pride in your work — quality always comes first
