Boyko Builders Ltd. is seeking Laborers to support large-scale structural concrete and general construction operations. This role plays a critical part in the successful delivery of complex commercial projects. Candidates will be expected to perform at a high professional standard, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and production efficiency in alignment with company policies and applicable Manitoba Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) legislation.

Responsibilities

- Prepare, maintain, and clean construction job sites
- Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment
- Assist with concrete operations including forming, pouring, and stripping
- Erect and dismantle temporary structures such as forms, scaffolding,



ramps, and barricades
- Assist skilled trades including formwork crews, carpenters, and concrete finishers
- Operate hand tools and power tools as directed
- Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and site procedures
- Contribute to an organized, efficient, and professional job site

Qualifications

- Previous experience in commercial construction or concrete work preferred
- Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
- Consistent attendance and proven reliability
- Journeyperson certification or trade experience considered an asset (not required)
