About The Position:

We're hiring a Window Frame Assembler for a small, well-established shop in Hamilton. This is a great opportunity to join a stable, low-turnover environment where your work directly contributes to the finished product.
Wage: $22.00 per hour
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assemble aluminum window frames (no glass installation)
- Measure and cut materials using tape measures (imperial & metric)
- Operate tools such as chop saws and basic shop equipment
- Assist with foam filling and finishing processes
- Support basic robotic welding operations (training provided)
- Work closely with a small team to complete custom orders
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or construction
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure (down to 1/8')
- Comfortable working with hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn
- Experience with aluminum or window/door manufacturing
- Welding experience or exposure to robotic welders
- Experience using saws or cutting equipment
