SPICE Management Group Inc. is a professional property management company providing management services to Housing Co-operatives. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Property Management Assistant to join our team.

Summary

The Property Management Assistant will oversee the day-to-day operations of 4–8 Housing Co-operatives, ensuring excellent service to residents, contractors, and property owners.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate the daily operations of assigned properties.
- Perform concierge and member support duties.
- Respond to member inquiries via phone, email.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and contractor scheduling.
- Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and key management.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Prepare correspondence and assist with board communications.
- Ensure assigned properties are maintained to company standards.
- Support the Property Manager with administrative and operational tasks.





Qualifications

- Experience in property management, concierge, administration, or customer service is an asset.
- Robust communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation are an asset.
- Professional, dependable, and customer-oriented.

Compensation & Benefits

- $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)
- Day shift - 9am - 4.30 pm
